One of my absolute most favorite weekends of all times, was 2 years ago today. My amazing friend, Whitlee, married her handsome honey, Jordan in Birmingham, Alabama. The Le Rae girls wouldn't have missed it of the world. Below are just a few (LOL) of the amazing images captured by our friend Wes Roberts Photography. You're going to need a tissue to catch the drool! Whitlee is a graphic designer and is uber creative. I can't tell you how many hours we spend planning this day! The paper pretties were to die for!
WOW! My Memorial Day weekend looks a lot different than it did last year! At this time exact moment last year, I was running, sweating, and probably dropping a few curse words (sorry Mom)! I think Leah may have even been shedding a few tears. I put in over 80 hours that week but I wouldn't change it for the world! It was one of the most EPIC Le Rae weddings to date. Thanks so much to Casey and Jeremy Pruitt for trusting us with your day!
Over two years ago, I was honored when I got a "top secret" phone call from a bride to be. Our first order of business was to find the perfect setting for what would be an elegant, southern soiree. I think we can all agree by the picture below we nailed that task! Hello Winton Blount Estate!
There is a gorgeous little chapel on the property that looks as if it was airlifted from Europe and dropped in a field in Montgomery, Alabama. This is where they had their first look and ceremony.
After the ceremony, guests strolled up the driveway and were greeted by tufted couch filled with yummy mini BLTs, fig and goat cheese bruschetta, and a tea cart filled with flavored waters.
The rest of the menu by Red's Little School House didn't disappoint either. It was A blast to design and style each of these stations.
Can someone say perfection?

Y'all, it was almost 80 degrees today! The warm air and sun did this girl some good. Between my house and the Le Rae office, there are about 3 trees that have cute little pink buds on them. Thanks to the spring like temps and those blossoming beauties I decided to get a little crafty with some of our leftover flowers from last week's photo shoot. It was spur of the moment and oh so fun.
This cute container got shoved to the side on Sunday and didn't get to be part of our shoot. So naturally I had to play with it today. I tucked some chicken wire inside the vase and filled with water. I started by placing the limbs of the flowering trees and let them fall where they pleased. From there, I worked with the flow of the limbs and placed my greenery. Lastly, I tucked in all of these amazing roses and a few snapdragons. How lucky am I to have her sitting in my office?! It's like she is screaming "TA-DA"!
Have I mentioned how blessed we have been since starting Le Rae Events? 2014 was filled with so much gorgeousness and it was not an easy task to pick our favorite moments. For many of these categories, we enlisted the help of our awesome Facebook and Instagram fans to narrow down the list.
